Pros
Good snacks in the break room, nice co-workers, interesting assignments and projects.
Cons
Will hire people, work them copious hours without any overtime, and will terminate you without any notice or severance. This company hired three people on in 2010 (with the project term being a 2 year commitment), worked them like dogs for 5 and a half months and laid everyone off with no notice or severance a few days before all of their benefits kicked in at the 6 month mark (all accrued sick and vacation is available to start using at 6 months). This is a small, woman-owned company that appears very appealing at first...employee beware.
