Great people. Lots of support from other departments.

Cons

Management is awful. Pay cut because the company has a bad year. They said they took a pay cut as well but failed to mention that their stock option increased.

The best part of working there was the original GRI team, who were supportive and great to work with.

Cons

At the GRI location -leadership became disorganized and filled with unnecessary drama, including decisions that nearly blew up the site. HR appeared to pick and choose which complaints mattered, leaving employees feeling ignored. Most days were spent dealing with avoidable chaos rather than doing the actual job.
