If you have left this company and are reading this, hello, you are NOT alone. If you are looking to join this company, hello, it’s in your best interest that you read this.
Working under the sales leadership at this company is one of the top traumatic experiences I’ve had in my life. In full seriousness, it has taken me months to recover and adjust in my new workplace. There is a reason for the many, many awful reviews in the Raleigh office (I will not speak on any other team other than the sales & customer success team-if you work on these teams you will work directly with the Raleigh leadership. Full disclosure that other teams at the company seemed to be good)
Prepare to be micromanaged, belittled, gaslit, underpaid, and over promised on a daily basis. You are required to attend weekly breakfasts that start at the crack of dawn. If you are an entry level sales employee, be expected to arrive at 7am and cook breakfast for everyone else.
Turnover in this office is insane, with most people leaving in under a year. The handful of people you see that have worked there for over 2+ years are most likely apart of the “favorites” group and have unfortunately succumbed to the horrific culture.
Work life balance DOES NOT exist here and it is NOT encouraged. All they care about is that you keep dialing! Team members who stayed until 7pm+ were given shoutouts and praised- I sincerely apologize for having a life, that is my bad.
We were micromanaged to the point that it took away all confidence you thought you once had. Daily reports of everything you did that day to your manager, and then a chart would be made and sent out on everyone’s activity for the day. Toxic, toxic, toxic.
The worst of it all was dealing with the horrific environment, and not even making enough money to support my bare necessities. The base salary is not something you can live on, and unfortunately, quota is unattainable, so you will most likely only be making your base salary.
5 days a week in-office is mandated for the Raleigh sales team, and WFH is not flexible in any way shape or form. It is not even an option, unless you are sick. Sales leadership says the reason for 5 days a week in office is to protect the culture, but it is really so they can watch everyone like a hawk. Little do they know that being in that office is the most miserable part of everyone’s day.
The scariest part about this company is they are GREAT at selling the role, company, and culture. The first few weeks you will really think you struck gold, and then things start to unfold and unravel and you get more and more disgusted as the days go on. The signs are so blaring that it only took me 2 weeks of working there to realize the mistake I’ve made.
Normal companies & leadership DO NOT behave the way they do in the Securiti Raleigh Office. I am almost considering removing this company from my resumé & LinkedIn, as I am truly so embarrassed to have ever been apart of this & associated with it.
Please do your due diligence and reach out to former employees who worked in the Raleigh office. There is a reason they are no longer there. Hear the stories first hand and you will understand why these reviews are here.
