Pros
hours are great, no weekends, most holidays off and paid, great understanding of how "life" happens, and they are very flexible when needing time off. no point system. generally nice people to work with. easy work
Cons
very much a man run company.. most supervisors and managers, are not skilled enough to be called as such. supervisors have a to much personal relationship with certain employees..and can be very bias with dealing with other employees. lots of gossip, drama, and unnecessary B.S that goes on between employees and supervisors.. most people who work here are seasonal employees and their is little or no recognition for these seasonal employees, even the ones that have been here for many years
