Best Job Worst Boss I Ever Had

Pros

A lot of Perks, Works was good when there was work. Good family atmosphere. I got my own office for a while. They provided what ever equipment and supplies you needed including company shirts. They had company events whether is was lunch time cook outs or family zoo events.

Cons

Had a bad inexperienced boss. Things went well for over a year, best job ever but when I had problem instead of addressing it the boss threw me under the bus, made it personal and flew off the handle. I was able to work out the problem on my own but it was too late. Also there was not every good communication between departments resulting on more and conflicting work. There is no raises. They had a policy that you can not work outside the company like a part time job.

Low pay wages, No raises, Different set of rules, depending on what department you are assigned.
