      Nothing just end your life they rope you in before you have kids and keep you for life like a slave until you die - you never travel never experience anything but the desk and the door and a mop maybe a broom

      Cons

      Worst Union on earth can't express how they do nothing for the union dues the worker pays - miserable shifts terrible people who can't read or speak English and get same pay total mismanaged Union and management all about money and greed

      35h/weekly Employer 100% paid benefits although the co-pay for the best hospitals is $250 - $1000.

      Cons

      Salary below the market Little time off for new joiners No growth opportunities Ivy-League oriented (almost all the Dept. Directors come from Ivy League Universities regardless their skills or previous experience)

      Great organization run by terrible people

      Pros

      Fights for justice for service employees and knows how to win. Well-resourced and highly strategic. Has built considerable power for workers. If you are mission-driven this is a great organization.

      Cons

      Management is abysmal, venal and incompetent, from top to bottom. If you are not in favored clique, you have no career path. If you are a self-starter who might see things remotely differently than your superiors, you are toast. The ideal employee is a 23 year-old idealist who is willing to forego a life outside the cult that is 32BJ.
