Decent benefits package with generous vacation allocation but nobody that I knew of took even close to their full allotment because the company is under-resourced. Friendly people.
Cons
Too many utter incompetents and mediocrities at the company, making it at time a demoralizing place to work for anyone who really knows their stuff and is passionate about delivering excellence. The company has refined passive-aggressiveness to an art form. Too little focus on quality and too much on internal politics. A crying shame that so many employees, even some of the long-timers who should have been put out to pasture years ago, are allowed to remain with the company despite their highly suspect job skills. No wonder they cling to their jobs with their lives. Their skills are most likely unmarketable outside the four walls of SEMI. Way too little passion for excellence. Zero opportunity for career growth.
