Pros

Small work group with a lot of responsibility thrown your way. You will learn a lot across multiple fields.

Cons

There is a major disconnect between upper management and the work force. The mid management level is a joke overall with a few gems thrown in. The company is trying hard to grow and going through more growing pains than what average people can bear.

Wow - you get a 30 minute lunch,

Clique-like atmosphere with inexperienced and immature management. Old technology, set in their ways - there is no way they will be able to keep up current sales with the current operational model they have in place. If you love handling multiple copies of the same papers over and over all day, no change in routine, being micromanaged and being chastised for having a casual conversation with co-workers then this is the place for you! If not - steer clear.

Good hours, holidays off and holiday pay, work life balance.

Cons

Lack of communication, essentially no training depending on the apartment, toxic work groups, drama, unfulfilled promises, repetitive and boring.
