      Pros

      Short work days. Relaxed dress code. Zero accountability. If you're new to the business you'll learn a lot, just like any other agency.

      Cons

      Where to begin? Ops are underpaid. Leadership can't take criticism. The office is a dump. Constant lying to clients. Zero upward movement. Merit is ignored. Yes men are rewarded.

      Pros

      If your a man you will go far here. Did you know that in the last 2 years SEOP has fired 4 female employees and not one male employee? If you are looking for a job at a company that treats you fairly then look elsewhere. Oh and if they fire you they will make up false documents that say you were warned about your performance so they can get out of paying unemployment benefits.

      Eric if you where a smart business man then maybe you would hire an actual COO with a business background. Also please stop posting your fake reviews. That's just pathetic

      Pros

      SEOP attracts some big talent. One has the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with some of the sharpest minds around when it comes to digital marketing and reputation management.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, this talent is often taken for granted and then later stabbed in the back. Management only cares about the bottom line and doesn't think twice about shafting even their most dedicated employees in an effort to save a quick buck.
