Pros
Very nice environment, good atmosphere in the office and employees help each other. Enough guidance for interns and new employees coming in. Plus point is a beautiful office in the center with free delicious lunch every day.
Cons
Fast growing, sometimes a bit too fast, which makes management forget about important matters. Some internal conflicts swell. The company tried to go international but is not ready for it yet.

Pros
- tech mindedness, project manager / product manager on Dev - able to scale the technical teams within time - managed to flip company culture to a state where the individual fulfills an important place - lot's of possible ways to grow in your career, since everything is growing so rapidly
Cons
- in some points the company is still a start-up, and if you value the - in my mind slower pace - of working that usually takes place in a corporate, then this might not be your best option. If you enjoy a fast growing environment that still values it's start-up company culture feel, then you're good at SEOshop.
