      You finish on time and get to enjoy your weekend work free

      They plough through staff just hoping something sticks all the meanwhile setting expectations that are not realistic and way too much time spend berating employees.

      Good people & not expected to work late.

      Cons

      Lack of cohesion between management feels all the pressure is put on consultants to achieve targets that are unrealistic with the workflow given yet are blamed for this. No one stays more than a year as other opportunities are far better given the current bonus structure and low wages. Feel pressured to make pointless calls.
