I've worked in a number of different places, and I've never experienced the same value that SEQTA place in their employees. It makes it easy then, to value the work you get to do with them. The work is challenging and compelling, and worthwhile. They're growing quickly, and with the connections in the EHG family it means that there are lots of options for career growth and development. The culture that's been built, the people they've chosen to be there, all means that coming to work every day is a joy. If you work in one of the offices outside of Perth, there's provision to be included in events, particularly the Christmas party and the End of Financial Year events. Because of the communications infrastructure that's been built, we're able to work across the country from our colleagues, and still feel like they're always around.

While there are some nice 'things' at SEQTA, like fresh fruit delivered 2 times a week, the playground/rec facility, free staff massages etc, the best thing is the people. People are super generous, hard working, always there to help each other our (both with work and personal stuff) and there is just an amazing sense of camaraderie - it's like a functional family. SEQTA's values are amazing and people live them out every day. The 'eighth' value, '...and we believe in unicorns' not only shows that it is a fun place to work, but has a serious side...that we want to achieve things, see things in the future that are just a bit out of the realm of the reality of now. I do love coming to work everyday, and seeing my colleagues, all of whom I count as friends.
