Pros

Steady Work. Always get 40 hours a week even if business is slow for any particular day.

Cons

Too many to name but primarily the communication is p-i-s-s poor and management needs to be TRAINED on how to manage employees effectively. Just because a person has experience or good at a specific set of tasks does NOT mean they are management material.

Training is limited. Mostly, you are shown a thing or two and thrown into it.

They attempt to make their employees feel a part of the family.

Cons

The employees are lulled into a feeling of trust and loyalty, but it is only one sided. The company has proven to be quick with terminations and does not provide a basis for it.
