Pros

Good market and products. CEO/President/COO are some of the brightest I have been around. Hours are flexible.

Cons

Internal platform is from the 90s. No room for growth unless you're coming in to the senior level. Culture is toxic. Mid level management is sub par.

They are imaginative open for ideas, pay well and provide bonuses based on year end results.

Cons

They specialize in only one type of coverage, Trust Insurance and that limits the duties that someone can perform.

Pros

Leadership is striving to bring the company to a mature state. The leaders are very knowledgeable about the industry, our potential, and the people.

Cons

The current culture is one of stale complacency and a sense of superiority among the most tenured employees. I prefer to work for a larger company, so that is a personal con.
