SES is a wonderful company to be at. They treat us very well, respectful and I truly believe that care about us all.
Pros
The customers - We have walk ins all day plus we place orders via the phone and internet. I enjoy the daily customer interaction. I enjoy assisting them with any needs that should arise. I have several customers that will ONLY talk to me and that is always an ego boost. We earn bonuses, commissions, spiffs and other incentives that make it fun to sell. I love the dynamic we have as a team.
Cons
It is a man's industry and I am very comfortable around the opposite sex, I can roll with anything. I am thankful for the opportunity to grow in this field but I feel like I don't get my fair share. I am the only female at our branch and the other people in the same position for many less years make more, are handed the golden customers etc. While I love everyone I work with, It's not the creative format I need to thrive as a professional.
