      - Mostly remote (4 days / week) - Possibility for mobility to meet other team members - International team

      Cons

      - No communication from the direction and between technical and non-technical teams. - Choices made rapidly and without prevention. - Important meetings announced on Fridays to Mondays (So more stress during the weekend for employees). - Direction reacts to problems in the last minute.
