      Camaraderie among coworkers, benefits, freedom to work independently provided work is completed well

      Cons

      Very busy environment so there's limited training support provided for the absolute "green" newbie, advanced training may be available but due to the fast paced environment, it's difficult to set aside time in the day to leave for classes.

      Friendly work environment, employees can bring their dogs to work, team oriented workplace, management is progressive and interested in embracing change, employees are encouraged to balance work and life, competitive compensation plans, management is interested in the well-being of the employees as well as their growth potential in the company. SESCO is a great place to work!

      Cons

      Vacation time - I hope in the future the company will consider transitioning to a paid time off policy that combines vacation time, sick time and personal time.
