Oneonta Location: - Little to no career advancement. Unless you are there to get sales experience or a higher admin role, there is not much here to be offered. They do not teach you any transferable skills besides the minimum specifics to do your job. - Team lead(s) will send border line passive aggressive emails in the event you or someone else made a simple mistake. They address the problem via email and copy a few others to set an example. But they will not name any names to keep it "anonymous". Some emails could be considered abusive to some people people, depending on your point of view, and context of the email. - There is no formal HR department so if you ever have a need, complaint, accommodation, or question it is handled by 1 to 2 people. - Poor, inept management hinders you from making the correct choices to do your work. - Not enough staff to handle the appropriate increase in workload volume. Goes back to the inept management point, not hiring the correct personnel to keep things running smoothly. - There are no periodic or annual reviews, unless you just ask for one(which no one really does anyways), to determine how you are performing in your role. - Taking any PTO will come with strings attached. They make you come in early a couple days prior to your PTO time, but that is due to lack of personally in most cases. Management will prioritize their PTO over most staff, even if you've already asked off and it's been approved.
