Pros

State of the art new headquarters Good benefits, but cost increases every year for employees Nice people

Cons

The leadership team has created a culture of fear and unhealthy competition within the organization. There is no transparency and things constantly change for the sake of change There is a high level of turn over There are multiple reorganizations year after year at the whim of the executive director. Employees are promoted based on favoritism, not qualifications. Leadership demonstrates chauvinistic behavior and efforts to combat that are done in vain They are constantly reacting and lack foresight and strategic direction Employees are bullied, intimidated and encouraged to work against one another, completely contradicting their corporate values Corporate values are not real, they are used to gain business and employees

Pros

-very family-oriented... they make it clear that they value not only your role as an employee but also your role in your family -most generous benefits package I've ever seen -small company with lots of direct contact and mentoring from leadership and even senior leadership -growth opportunities are presented often within the company -tight-knit feel; you don't feel like a number, you feel like a valued employee

Cons

-each position has a lot of different responsibilities (since it's a small company) so that can get overwhelming

Pros

Amazing benefits, great mission and values, lots of variety, very faced paced and you'll never be bored. People really do want to do the right thing for the employees and public schools. The new building is amazing.

Cons

It is very fast moving, so if you aren't comfortable with that, it wouldn't be a great place to work.
