I could not have said it better than a previous review written on here, so I'm just going to bump it up so everyone can see it:
"Despite paying lip service to environmental justice and equity, SFE employs very few underrepresented people of color in positions other than the Environment Now job training program and low-paid "Public Service Aide" positions. Senior staff, which a few years ago were almost all older white men, have merely been replaced by middle-aged white women (with the exception of two Indian women) under the new director."
