Pros

It is a large MNC and a good place to experience what logistics is like in the early 90s. And they pay their employees on time.

Cons

Management is generally not working around its global branches. Australia team is of extremely low retention rate and management can only be nominated by the corporate in China. Management often lacks basic industrial knowledge and even living experience in Australia, to leave the implementation personnel suffering from inconsistent instructions. Absolutely no knowledge or professional development pathway exists in this company for employees to endeavor for. The corporate and the Australian management deem most common practices in the current industry invalid regarding customer connectivity and operation/information automation, due to the false "information security concerns", so no capital investment has been put to the business' infrastructure for years. Management only creates and approves changes which may create direct profit to themselves. The company as a whole seems to be falling quickly as 3DFX in the late 90s. To wrap it up - ignorance, arrogance and corruption everywhere.

Pros

1. Large corporate probably will contribute in finding your next job。 2. Perfect for employee who doesn't want to explore anything and just want to get a stable and moderate pay.

Cons

1. Lack of business acumen for international expansion 2. No system, no resource or support given from HQ in China. Basically no one cares a service station in Australia.(Yes AU branch is literally less important than a service station in China in some small community.) 3. No 'Management', no employee care, no adaptations to local culture or market at all. All top dogs are assigned from China and all they want is oversea working experience so that they could get promoted when back in HQ in China.
