      Not the same company. One track mind

      There are still a few team members that really care about you. Not many left.

      Cons

      Upper management only likes things their way or they will find a way to get rid of you. It’s their way or the highway. They’ve never taken any time to understand the day to day to get things done. Only want results. Upper management only talks about development but doesn’t give the time expect when it’s due. All talk and no action. They only listen to customers complaints and never fix the root causes. Only put bandaids on the problems. If you’re not drinking the coolaid. You’re not on their team and you will find yourself laid off.

      Community credit union with long history

      Cons

      CEO is incompetent, has no experience running any business unit in a credit union other than accounting. She cries during management meetings and is unfit to decision big picture issues, which is why the membership called for her resignation in Dec. 2017. She is untruthful to management and the Board of Directors, self serving and has violated lending laws in her capacity as CEO.

      Rampant Incompetence

      good benefits: dental, health, vision, etc. few gems here and there of able co-workers

      Cons

      heavy HEAVY hidden political side, incompetent staff constantly shifts work burden to other departments, lack of recognition of effort, undervalued, underpaid. culture of willful ignorance and spoiled staff.
