      Pros

      Working together as a close team is SFLS's strength as well as excellent client satisfaction and great care in employee well-being. There is a genuine interest in the employee having a good work/life balance and there is also acknowledgment of work well done. Great place to work!

      Cons

      One must adapt rapidly due to the rapid growth of business. Despite this sometimes being a challenge, SFLS is still a great place to work.

      Pros

      The work atmosphere is great. Very professional and after hours very friendly. The OWNERS are great fun and very caring people. Learned a lot during my two years employment. Great pay. I absolutely loved my job.

      Cons

      Employers would change frequently, communication could be improved. Other then that everything great. I would work for the company again.

      You must be a confident, self motivated and driven worker. No matter what your job title is, sales is a portion of your responsibilities.
