Cons
If you want to be micromanaged, bullied, underpaid and gaslit go work at this school. Teachers are made to believe they are getting treated better than in the public school system but you do not get compensated for any additional roles or for working with this very difficult population as you would in public school. The principal is extremely unprofessional she definitely has favorites and makes it known. If you aren’t kissing her butt forget about it. She loves to say the people that quit “can’t handle the kids” but that’s the only positive thing I took from that school… the kids. She has “teachers” that are not certified basically to babysit kids while the students are listed under a certified teacher.
