Pros
Convenient St Leonard's location near train station and on bus routes. Male-headed departments embrace the company's 'family values' by enabling flexible working hours/part-time/job share for working mothers. Oddly, the female-headed depts do not. Working hours are 9-5 and very few departments expect employees to work a minute longer.
Cons
Lacks a clear business vision. Poor processes in all departments hamper efforts to succeed. Regulatory dept is highly risk-averse and thwarts innovation. Culture of suspicion and mistrust, despite HR mantras. Seems to have attracted a core group of staff who have no intention of raising the bar.
