Nothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. salary, appraisal, severance amount, closure procedure.Nothing was followed legally. complete cheating management.

Cons

No professional ethics.literally harassment on employees.no respect. no values. a irresponsible leadership, who spent more money on travel than employee development, a big story teller and non-performer.women employees be careful and aware before joining pls change your attitude.at least employees will survive

While Hiring process/ time they will spoke very nicely and they will agree for your all conditions.

Cons

ALL. After the selection to the company they won't give the offer what they agreed for. They won't respond to your concerns/problems once you join the company. "They won't give a salary on time." Every time you have to follow up them regarding salary. They will share some phone numbers to contact but after calling them they will tell some stories for all your problems. Timely you won't get solutions for your problems. They won't inform anything prior to you, until you faced the problem. The worst payslip they will provide, it looks like a general store receipt.

They have tied up with some MN C's , They are getting lot of training requirements , once training is finished , they will pay very less amount to trainers , they will not provide proper travel and commendation. always delays the payment , if you ask the amount , they will ask for the next week
