The company having good potential with worst management

Cons
The worst higher management in a company that I have ever worked for. 1. Joining salary will be very low & they do not provide any salary hike if they do the arrears will be cut off, no bonus, no other benefits. 2. They do not entertain moving to another company even if we do they try to trouble us with delaying relieving and experience letter. 3. Very poor work culture(a union worker has more power than an engineer) 4. Union workers get all benefits and engineers suffer. 5. Poor Work environment (eg: you need to follow up for more than 6 months to get one new workstation if your existing one is damaged). I still didn't get one. This is a genuine review that I have experienced in this company
