Old technology all around, very hard to find a decent opportunity after you work here Very hierarchical organisation, junior/mid level employees are not given any importance No appreciation for good hard working employees Employees are only recruited to maintain headcount so that revenues could be extracted from clients, beyond that they have no value They try to give you a false sense of security, but its just a facade Working odd hours is not uncommon...4am start of the work days is fairly frequent
