Hard Work and very dirty.

Great Benefits and Pay. Overtime opportunities and many chances to bid on other jobs that may be of interest to you. Union owned.

Cons

Very hard and dangerous work. You get extremely dirty and have to shower before going home. Some jobs are so dangerous that people have lost their lives in the past. The carbon dust poses a health hazard.
