      Supportive team but poor career growth and pay

      Pros

      Work life balance, supportive managers, friendly colleagues who are helpful most of the time.

      Cons

      No career progression after years of working, salary increment of $40-$70 if you're lucky. Everything has been going downhill ever since operations shifted to India. Total failure, higher management is aware of the situation but fail to take any actions after years.
