Pros
The staff at the on-site level are awesome to work with. They are what make working with SHAG worth it.
Cons
The executive management is lacking in male leadership. Aside from the owner and the CFO, there is no male representation. There are too many emotional decisions being made and not enough logical. There is retaliation if you speak up for yourself or question anything at all.
