Pros
Great company to work for and learn the ins and outs of your department. People are friendly and helpful. The work is rewarding and building relationships with clients in a supportive environment feels good.
Cons
Company does not have a set direction. Little guidance and structure in your position, if you are not a self-starter this is not for you. Having to wear multiple hats in the company to accommodate responsibilities becomes extremely stressful.
