      Total scam in the name of women empowerment. CEO herself doesn't know what she wants.

      If you are an under-qualified woman and you're good at blandishing the boss then this company is perfect for you :)

      Cons

      Don't even think of working here if you're from a decent college. They won't pay you for 5-6 months and will fire you at their convenience. Especially if you're a male. The product is so lame and pathetic. It is not helping anyone. You will feel hopeless building it. I have never seen someone misuse 'women empowerment' more than this company. They just book fancy 5star hotels and beg bigshots to sponsor their events. That is their revenue model. I'm sure a school kid can come up with a better idea than that.

      NONE at all!! Can only think of the hard times I went through there.

      Cons

      The company is run by a bunch of dumb pretentious people. Absolutely shameless when boasting of big connections and making fake commitments. The hard working qualified employees have to go around begging for their hard earned money (read SALARY) in front of this spineless bunch. It was a phase of mental harassment working in this organisation. Giving one star because there isn't an option for lower ratings!

      Worst Place, I ever worked in. Don't join! Would give an even lower rating if it was possible.

      None. None. and None. This place is the worst to work in.

      Cons

      Bunch of worst people in the top level of the company. First delayed our salaries by almost a month and a half at least. Then they fire as per there own convenience. I have 2 months of salary (FnF) stuck since more than 5 months now. After repeated reminders also I haven't received my salary and these people don't have the basic courtesy to even inform of the delay or even reply after continuous mail threads.
