Micromanagement and lack of trust Little direction, coaching, or support from management Chaotic environment, no sense of priorities Poor communication and transparency Role expectation changed after joining Compensation plan unclear and substantially behind competition No benefits (no private medical insurance, minimum pension plan, etc) Probation felt like an extension of the interview process Poor work-life balance and unrealistic expectations (always-on culture, included on holiday as requested by HR once joined) Old IT equipment and poor business software
