Supportive and collaborative team I’ve been part of the tech team at SHIELD for a little over 2 years now, and it’s been a genuinely rewarding experience. The work culture is fast-paced but supportive, and you get plenty of opportunities to take ownership, experiment, and build meaningful solutions. The tech team is super collaborative — everyone’s open to helping, brainstorming, and pushing each other to do better. Managers here actually listen, and I’ve always felt trusted with the work I do. One thing I really appreciate is the focus on learning. Whether it’s exploring new tools, trying out fresh ideas, or contributing to big projects, there’s always room to grow. Work-life balance is good, and the flexibility definitely makes a difference. Also, the people and the overall vibe make everyday work more enjoyable.
