      A Good Company for Gaining Various Experiences

      Work Atmosphere ・The main role involves participating in clients’ projects and providing technical support to implement DevOps. ・Since most projects are carried out by individuals or small teams, you have a great deal of autonomy and are expected to take initiative in your work. Corporate Culture ・The company fosters a culture of mutual support. If you ask for help via chat or other channels, many members are willing to lend a hand, allowing you to take on new challenges with minimal stress. Other ・Although most work is done remotely, certain projects may require more frequent office attendance.

      ・In terms of personal growth and career development, there is very little support from the company, meaning engineers must invest in their own learning. ・While the company does offer a certification allowance (typically covering exam fees and, for certain certifications, providing a bonus), there is no support whatsoever for external training costs.
