(NOPE) he build a culture that is about using uncalled for terms to others around their backs, and employing competitors to craft their inside trade secrets to build a platform to compete. - Never accepts Feedbacks - Behaves like a child and demands for the impossible - Sets KPI’s & OKRs without understanding the terms - Sets a horrendous culture by example - Leadership has no remorse and values - Sugar coats words to future employees - 996 work life balance - Vaguely uses words to other employees
