Low pay, No direction in responsibilities, Many of the architects have knowledge of projects and they don't share it. Always a urgent situation that needs attention (daily). No feedback from leadership on what to improve on.

Small company, rapidly expanding, easily approachable leadership.
Cons
Company events non existent, Benefits are not good, no sick time off this comes out of your PTO. 2 weeks parental leave.
