      You can bring your dog to the office?

      Cons

      Absolutely no guidance from Management. Was a "consultant" with no actual engagement with clients. New management gutted the company in 2024 to install their own regime. No upward movement available, No internal job boards, hires are always from outside the company rather than promoting within.

      Pros

      Used to be lots of pros prior to new leadership and new PE ownership. Not many anymore. You can hide under the radar and do nothing.

      Cons

      Male dominated culture Leadership is only out to make money for themselves and do not care at all about employees.
