Too many layers of management - very top heavy Ridiculous mould for employees to adhere to The more you learn about a project, the more you don't want to be involved Heavy expectation of overtime work - comparative hourly rate is like working fast food. Always a perceived crisis. No real opportunity to make up your personal time. No real ability to determine work output or usefulness - decisions are made based on inproper information High staff turnover

Everyone is friendly and helpful There's hardly ever micro-management and the work-life balance is good

Cons

Despite being eager to learn new things, moving across departments is almost impossible They tend to offer below-market salaries (specially if you are on a visa), which often results in some their best employees leaving
