      Great team Great local team culture Company policy is great based on CH standard 13month and 14month practice + profit sharing

      Cons

      Workload is project heavy, typical of small team Renumeration package isn't bad but isn't good either Promotion is tough and the increment is not worth it unless role changes Recent company loss shows cheapskate practice Local office manager lady isn't helpful
