Business outlook
Pros
Super friendly and helpful coworkers, great compensation, flexible schedules and fully remote work mode, management is transparent with employees. Also, great office in a very cute city.
Cons
Often stalled game production, heavy pressure from the higher ups to develop a highly lucrative product at all cost. Working here feels like spinning in a hamster wheel, sure it’s fun and you’re paid well but you feel inside that all your efforts will probably not culminate in a launched game anytime soon. Unfortunately, I think the studios “Mojo” went down the drain ever since SIE took ever.
