PTO and Holiday pay. That's about it.

Cons

Unorganized. Say one thing and do another. Very profitable business yet every year our bonuses are cut or taken away altogether.

Exit Process at Siegwerk India

All though it is one of the best company to work there exit process is not good. It took them 90days to serve & even after 90days your full & final settlement not done.

Cons

If you join a compititor company they will not settle your full & final settlement & will take almost one year where they will adjust all your pending dues against liquidate damage to the company. I worked for 15years in Siegwerk India & they have not paid me Rs 110000/- which was due.

Pros

Great exposure to latest technology and true global culture for every employee. Very employee friendly and supportive culture. Open for suggestions from employees on areas of improvement and management takes these up seriously. Very good pay master, good to provide additional bonus/incentives for high performers.

Cons

Brand name is not known in market as cure business is B2B. Which sometimes makes challenging to attract niche skill talent.
