1. Cant negotiate salary even after 1 year stay and all efforts 2. make you work over time with no recognition or ot 3. clumsy office space 4. calls us "Family" so we can "help" each other but cant even provide payslips if required 5. Expects you to do marketing, counselling, speak with universities, while doing excel sheets and many side quests.
