      Sie bieten einen guten Arbeitsplatz, aber die Arbeit selbst ist uninteressant, aber man muss durch eine Million Schulungen gehen, um zu beweisen, dass man für die Arbeit geeignet ist. Jeder will alles verbessern, aber in Wirklichkeit will niemand Feedback hören und nach Beschwerden bleibt alles wie vorher. Viele Unternehmen halten an älteren Mitarbeitern fest, aber wenn diese in den Ruhestand gehen?

      They have great benifits, unbelievable training in Switzerland and a fantastic product.

      Cons

      They have no idea how to sell to an American market and do not want to adapt their strategy because it works in Europe.
