Pros

Company culture is good in terms of - - Leaves - They grant leaves without deducting salary even in the probation period - Probation period - Its just 3 months, usually its 6 months everywhere - Notice period - Its just 1 month

Cons

Apart from a few good things, the company is not worth joining because of the following factors - - Salary offerings - They offer a salary based on who referred you, not because of your calibre, experience and accomplishments. - Salary date - Salary date is not fixed, it fluctuated mostly between the 5th to 10th of the month - Job Security - Hire and Fire concept, they will hire you for a site and if there are any issues (even if you are not responsible) they will fire you on an immediate basis. If you ask them to transfer you to other sites they will say no site is available as of now, however everyday there is a new job posting for Property Managers by SILA - Site details - The sites that SILA manages are not good, the sites have various problems and still SILA will get into it just for monthly billing. They don't take site to manage and deliver quality work but they just want monthly billing cycle to be continued. - No manpower - SILA doesn't have enough manpower to provide adequate services on the site. 1st they are managing sites that are already having problems. 2nd they don't even provide manpower to fix those problems. They only blame the property manager for things that are not getting done, even though the property manager is asking for resources repeatedly, his requests are ignored. - Work-life balance - Work-life balance is dependent on the client or site you manage, the site that I was managing was not good so there was no work-life balance for me. Additionally, when they hire you they will force you to leave your current job without serving proper notice period. PLEASE DONT DO THAT!! They will tell you that we don't bother if there is no relieving letter, just provide your salary slips and join as soon as possible and after joining they fired me within 3 months. SILA has ruined my career, they made sure I didn't get a proper reliving letter from my past organization. They tortured me by giving me a pathetic site with limited resources to manage and blamed me for every small issue. They fired me within 3 months and only gave 15 days extra salary. Now I have joined an organization with much lesser salary because I have financial commitments and I cant sit at home. Please don't join this company even if they offer you double the salary because they will fire you eventually within 3-4 months
