Pros

Thought this would be a great position to share my experience.

Cons

Technicians are treated as replaceable cogs in the machine. EVERYONE is on edge. Walking on eggshells, stress, and anxiety. The senior leadership team is by far the worst I have ever seen. They talk about work/life balance but give us 100% work and no balance. It's all a circus, don't waste your time.

The job provided some hands-on-technical experience, and a few coworkers were supportive and willing to help.

Cons

The outdated tools and and equipment severely impacteed producutivity and added unnecessary complexity to task, There was no clear structure for troubleshooting issues, which caused delays and frustration. Professional development opportunites were almost nonexistent, leaving no room to grow or advance within the company. Communication across teams was inconsistent, leading to a disconnect between departments and constant inefficiencies. The work environment felt stagnant, with little effort to modernize or innovate.
