Pros

Nice colleagues. Positive, diverse, international work environment. High flexibility in working hours. Rewards personal initiative. Interesting and varied tasks. Allows creating a wide network which you may use if you want to find other jobs later.

Cons

Experience may vary and some departments appear to be less nicely managed. Upper management seems clumsy and uncoordinated at times. IT services can be messy and solutions for time tracking and project management are quite clunky.
