Pros
The semi-open workspace culture gives people learning opportunities. The working hours are optimal whereas, we cannot ignore the workload and deadline sometimes, so it can be assumed. Employees always look for growth and in SIRO it is expected to go an extra mile to deserve growth, which is again expected in other companies. All these factors also depends on the job role you have, so cannot generalise more.
Cons
A little rigid working style, which needs to be pacified. Over time is not paid. Holidays are slightly lesser compared to other industry norms.
