Pros

They are pro in making a fool out of their employees.

Cons

Worst ever hiring process. 0 employee benefits. 0 employee welfare program (I'm not sure if they even know what this means) 0 consideration of employees 70% of the employees are really unhappy and they cant even quit because there is a bond, a total package for disaster. Don't be surprised if you are threatened by your manager or HR or both together its typical at SISA. There is a systemic arrogance and belligerence comes from the top management and trickles down to every level. will pay you 40% lower salary than market average, extremely stingy group of people. They call it boot strap and give you no hikes. Review your offer letter 100 times they scam there as well. Yes man culture, if you do not agree with your manager you are fired or annoyed or ignored till you put your paper down your self. filled with young people and yet I cannot comprehend how the culture in this company is so bad. They hire freshers who have no idea of their market value and exploit them. In my 1 year experience at SISA they promised n number of things and delivered none. There is a lot of talk and no execution. SISA LinkedIn page is a scam too. 589 employees is a big lie they have not more than 120 - 150 employees all others are fake accounts just go to their profile and do some research see the last 10 to 15 pages of employees, false information everywhere. Don't be surprised if you end up doing all your managers work too. Immense lack of integrity and lack of ethics. worst experience. HR - They are a joke - I don't want to waste my time on these people when you apply for a job here you will know what I mean. CEO - do not approve of him, anti social for a CEO not approachable at all, he follows closed door policy. not a good speaker or a motivator. Not an entrepreneur.

Pros

Work from home thats all the good it has

Cons

1. The company puts freshers in a 2-year bond, like we're caught in a trap. And after one and a half years, they give us an appraisal that's only worth a few bucks. The next year isn't any better, just a measly 3k as an appraisal. It's like they're pinching pennies. 2. They promise us a performance bonus as part of our CTC, but guess what? They keep cutting it, saying it's not enough here and not enough there. So half of our salary is eaten up by these "bonuses," and they even deduct money for taxes and internet bills. Talk about a slap in the face. 3. When we dare to ask about appraisals, nobody takes responsibility. Managers blame management, management blames HRs, and HRs blame managers. It's like a blame game circus. They don't care about our concerns; we're just fools in their eyes. They even had the audacity to tell us to leave if we don't like it here. 4. You know those glowing reviews you see online? Don't buy it! They're probably written by the HR team themselves. Seriously, who in their right mind would praise their leave policy? Two days off per month, big deal! There's nothing special about it, just the bare minimum. That's how it is from where I stand, and it's not a pretty picture. Just my honest take on SISA Information Security.

Thanks for your feedback. We are tough extremely concerned about your feedback on the appraisal. We follow the standard approach and the best practice towards the appraisal cycle and study the market parameters when it comes to salary benchmarking and appraisals. Leaves here are very much standard compared to any big organization and we are not less. For any freshers 2 years is a bare minimum for the learning and executing thoughts to drive the organization goals. However, could you please share with us more on your concern. You can feel free to connect with your Business HR partner to discuss the same.

Pros

1. If you want to know about SISA, then read only 1* or 2* rating. Because every 5* rating has been posted by HR Manager or Internal Team.(Verified news) 2. The person who is expert in toes licking can get hike, promotion as well as higher % increment here. 3. If you are new, then its the best place to learn how to deal with escalations. Because, once a fresher joins SISA, can get huge escalation internally as well as from external clients. 4. SISA is the company where you can get a new talent to use the cracked/pirated commercial tools in the official laptop and IT people is "OK" with it. No auditor is able to detect those tools while having ISO27001 Inspection. 5. For each and every facility given by SISA is being get paid from the employees salary. For e.g., Transport, Food, Mobile, Performance Bonus, etc. 6. You will be skilled in data entry operator as well as BPO with the technical skills in your working domain. 7. You will get the official SIM card for official work only. But you need to use your own device to be active for 24x7 even if you have no network. 8. the feedback took in the townhall not considered if it is not for the company's profit. 9. If anyone want to learn the politics, you can join SISA. It's the best place to play politics here.

Cons

1. the hardworking people and smart working people have no values in SISA. 2. everyone get screwed if not obey the command said by your senior. 3. CREDOS are for only outsider, it is not followed by SISA people(specially those who created this.) 4. no personal life. Its just like if SISA is paying for you not for your work and you need to be available for 24x7 including weekends(as SISA requires). 5. Worst food service given by SISA due to lack of restaurants. Also it get charged from employee salary. 6. Mobile bills also get paid from employee salary for official work. 7. HR Management is very slow like sloth. Its just like you have to poke them multiple times to get your work done. 8. Even you have to fight for your credited holidays if got accidentally deducted from your account. 9. You need to struggle very hard to get your money which get deducted from your CTC as a "Performance Bonus", which SISA don't want to give you if your performance is excellent (A+). 10. If you want to take urgent leave in any emergency situation, you need to inform your reporting manager in advance that you will take the leave in upcoming emergency situation which you have not expected. 11. The feedback shared by employee is called as anonymous, but it is visible for entire HR Team. 12. The manager handover all the project to low level employees to enjoy escalations.
